{"id":967,"date":"2021-11-12T12:03:41","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T11:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.menschenrechte.org\/blog\/?p=967"},"modified":"2021-11-12T12:03:44","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T11:03:44","slug":"die-verfolgung-von-hedme-castro-geht-in-honduras-weiter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.menschenrechte.org\/blog\/die-verfolgung-von-hedme-castro-geht-in-honduras-weiter\/","title":{"rendered":"Die Verfolgung von Hedme Castro geht in Honduras weiter"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Hedme Castro<\/strong>, Direktorin der Menschenrechtsorganisation ACI-PARTICIPA in Honduras, war von M\u00e4rz bis September im Rahmen des Schutzprogramms ESI (Elisabeth-Selbert-Initiative) f\u00fcr verfolgte MenschenrechtsverteidigerInnen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.menschenrechte.org\/?s=hedme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gast<\/a> des N\u00fcrnberger Menschenrechtszentrums (NMRZ). Das ESI-Programm wurde von der Bundesregierung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Institut f\u00fcr Auslandsbeziehungen aufgelegt und bietet MenschenrechtsverteidigerInnen in Notlagen einen Aufenthalt in Deutschland f\u00fcr sechs Monate. Nach dieser Zeit, so die Erwartung, habe sich die Lage im Herkunftsland verbessert, sodass die Personen unter verbesserten Bedingungen zur\u00fcckkehren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Fall von Hedme Castro erwies sich das als Illusion. Obwohl sie bei der Ankunft am Flughafen von der deutschen Botschaft abgeholt wurde, begannen die Drohungen schon bald wieder. In der Nacht zum 5. November 2021 wurde schlie\u00dflich Hedmes Haus in Brand gesteckt (s. Foto). Nur weil Hedme bereits einige Tage zuvor, angesichts immer konkreterer Drohungen, das Haus verlassen hatte, wurde niemand verletzt. M\u00f6gliche T\u00e4terInnen und die genaue Brandursache sind wegen der Unt\u00e4tigkeit der Beh\u00f6rden bislang unbekannt. Die Tat f\u00fcgt sich allerdings in die Kette von Drohungen und fr\u00fcheren Attacken gegen Hedme Castro und ACI-PARTICIPA ein, die sie wegen ihrer Kritik an den zahlreichen schweren Menschenrechtsverletzungen des Regimes zur vor\u00fcbergehenden Ausreise nach Deutschland bewogen hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.menschenrechte.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Brand_Hedme.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-969\" width=\"318\" height=\"424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.menschenrechte.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Brand_Hedme.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.menschenrechte.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Brand_Hedme-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/www.menschenrechte.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Brand_Hedme-640x853.jpeg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 318px) 100vw, 318px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Das N\u00fcrnberger Menschenrechtszentrum ist best\u00fcrzt \u00fcber diesen brutalen Angriff auf das Leben unserer Freundin Hedme. Wir werden mit den Verantwortlichen des ESI-Programms m\u00f6gliche weitere Schutzma\u00dfnahmen diskutieren. Zun\u00e4chst aber geht es auch einfach darum, Hedme wieder eine Wohnung zu verschaffen. Zu diesem Zweck haben wir ein <strong>Spendenkonto <\/strong>eingerichtet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IBAN: DE44 5206 0410 0103 5051 97<br>Bank: Evangelische Bank eG<br>BIC: GENODEF1EK1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dort k\u00f6nnen Spenden, die auch steuerlich absetzbar sind, mit dem Stichwort <strong>\u201eHedme\u201c<\/strong> eingezahlt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die internationale Menschenrechtsorganisation FIDH hat ebenfalls eine Aktion zum Schutz von Hedme gestartet. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fidh.org\/es\/temas\/defensores-de-derechos-humanos\/honduras-incendio-en-la-casa-de-la-defensora-de-derechos-humanos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dort<\/a> k\u00f6nnen Briefe an die Verantwortlichen Honduras geschickt werden mit der Aufforderung, das Leben, die Gesundheit und die Menschenrechtsarbeit von Hedme zu sch\u00fctzen.
